4:22 I believe there would still be tensions. The problem with Fascism or even Nationalism is that it's a very selfish and self-centered ideology. This is evident a lot of the time in the Axis Powers. Often times, Japan, Italy and Germany actually did little co-ordination and acted against each other. Germany trained and supplied the Chinese Nationalists fight against Japan. Italy invaded Greece without informing Germany (then begged for Germany's help). Japan attacked the USA without telling the other Axis powers. For a time, Mussolini in Italy was actually afraid Germany was gonna to try to annex South Tyrol in the Alps because of it's large German-speaking population. Far-Right governments don't make good alliances and often only work together as far as convenience. They will often even undermine each other.

Even if Russia had a far-right government I don’t think it would’ve stopped the Germans invading them. While a large part of the movement for the nazis was this concept of Judeo-Bolshevism. But they also had a strong anti-Slavic focused platform. It might have made the nazis less aggressive but if Russia had this concept of Slavic nationalism it still would have been opposed to the Germanic

There would be less tensions for sure if Russia was also a fascist state and it would mean germany would focus more on the west as they always feared the ussr and its spread of revolution but now they could focus less on the east and they could become allies against the US.

It would be funny if Allies declared war on USSR in 1939 and Germany still invades USSR...
But to answer your question, I think Germany would still invade Russia even if it's more tight wing oriented, they've seen Slavs as subhumans and failed artists was eying Ukraine and Caucasus for it's natural resources and fertile land for it's "lebensraum". If you think I'm wrong, just look how they treated Ukrainians and Belarussians in occupied territory. It's no secret that Ukrainians welcomed Wehrmacht as liberators, only to be slaughtered by those liberators.
Now would there be war if Germany was communist?I don't know. It's questionable would they be brave enough to disregard Versailles as mr. mustache was.

German "quality" is simply a myth. There nothing "quality" about tanks that snap their own transmissions every 100km. Believe it or not, it's very easy to build a bunker on tracks. Building one thats actually quality is hard. Unless you mean that German horses and donkey's we're high quality than British and American trucks and APC's?
