Broward commission votes to give BSO $4 million for 911 call centers

Broward County Commissioners received an update on the 911 emergency that is plaguing the Broward Sheriff’s Office and led up to a shouting match between Sheriff Gregory Tony and a county commissioner the last time the issue was brought up.

Folks need to support this Sheriff and fund the necessary solutions. This really is cut-and-dry. You cannot squeeze blood from a turnip.

If BSO wants more money maybe they should actually try doing some traffic enforcement for once start ticketing these horrible drivers we have that should generate some revenue
