Google Pixel Buds Pro Unboxing & First Impressions

The long-awaited, highly-anticipated Pixel Buds Pro are in the office and everyone here is extremely excited about their arrival. I've only had them in-hand for a few days and it was an even shorter time period when we filmed the video included in this post, so these are all very early thoughts about Google's new ANC wireless earbuds. At $199, they need to deliver a premium experience, and I can tell you confidently that early impressions are very favorable.

Multi-point worked incredibly well between my Pixel and Chromebook. Seamless in fact.

My only observation after day 1 is that Transparency mode doesn't let in as much as expected. I quite liked how the Pixel Buds let in enough sound to not feel like I was a target for muggers, going to get knocked over or ignore people in the office.

I'm interested to see how these do in the long run. I love the Pixel Buds A. I often forget that I have them in at night as I'm going to bed.

Ok, we get it!! ANC is a big deal but I truly do not understand why reviewers don't talk about Transparency mode, I would argue that, coming from AirPods Pro, I find the Transparency mode just as important and usefully as ANC. But having tested many other earbuds (because reviewers refuse to test and report properly) nothing comes close to AirPods Pros unbelievably natural sounding, almost feeling like you don't have any earbuds in transparency mode.. I would love to know how transparency mode sound on these compared to AirPods

I should be getting mine in a couple of days and I ordered the lemon grass color..I have the pixel buds A and I've never had a problem with the fit, hope it continues with the pros...

The first ones were $179 with some features ...The second one were $99 with a little features and the third ones are $199 with plenty of features...👍

I hope, they get more features in the future. Block noises but let (some learned) voices through. This would be my top feature! I live in Austria (not Australia!). Got mine today. Like them.

I love my JBL wireless earbuds but I'm also am loving how google is bringing these features the fast pairing like on apple products.
I can't wear these type of ear buds because they always fall out. My JBLs have a wing on them

I'm having trouble finding a comparison of the Pixel Buds Pro vs the Pixel Buds 2 (not the Pixel Buds A.) Are the main differences extended battery life and automatic noise cancelling?
