Funnily enough if you’re obese swimming is actually one of the best activities for getting the crucial first few pounds off without completely destroying your joints.

The river is move fun. I’m not joking. If you just get out of the tube and swim along the current, in a small space under the surface, you can reach insane speeds by taking advantage of the stream the jets constantly maintain. It’s an artificial version of the way sea creatures like turtles travel. It also feels really nice on the skin.
