I never knew that. That there is a catch to buying cheap properties. So the cost to close the property on cheap properties are higher interesting. So 3 to 5000 to close on smaller costing properties.

I didn't see a fridge in the kitchen? Also, I have never heard the Cicadas in Italy before! I am subscribed to another channel that lists the price including the taxes and fees. That would be useful instead of doing the little aside and saying your percentage will be higher for a lower priced property.
