Just go to settings About Phone. Does it show a picture of the phone. Then says S24 Ultra or no picture just S24 Ultra?
A real Samsung always shows a picture of the device. Not just word's

I just got one brand new and it feels off tho. The picture ain't as good as my s21 and it feels slow sometimes and dose things the s21 never have.. but all these check out as it's a real phone.. how is it worse tho then my s21 ?
