🍝 Spaghetti + 🥞 pancakes...a dream coming true🤤 @ManuCookandRock

SPAGHETTI PANCAKES
For the dough
400 g of milk
250 g of flour
4 eggs
Baking powder for cakes
Melted butter 50 g
Sugar 30g
Pinch of salt
For the seasoning
2 kiwis
1 banana
50 g of blueberries
50 g of raspberries
50 g of blackberries
200 g of strawberries
Dark chocolate 100 g
Pistachio grains 50 g

METHOD
In a mixer, combine all ingredients and blend for 40 seconds or until well blended.
Transfer the dough into a kitchen bottle.
Lightly butter a pan and try to squeeze the dough out of the bottle in a spiral shape. After about 20 seconds, bubbles will have formed on the surface, so try to turn the spiral to cook it for another 5 seconds on the other side.
Finish the dough and take care of the fruit. Clean strawberries, kiwis and banana. Cut everything into small pieces.
Serve with fresh fruit, melted chocolate and chopped pistachios!
