To perform a quadruped opposite arm leg extension:

1. Get on all fours in quadruped. Keep your back straight and your hips in a neutral position.
2. Lift one arm straight out in front of you while kicking your opposite leg straight out behind you. Slowly come back down. Then repeat with the other side.

When i do this on my left knee it hurts and I can’t seem to balance on my left knee... i had this slip accident at school where the bathroom floor is very slippery and I slipped and landed on my left knee I couldn’t walk with strength on my left knee in an hour my friend lift me up while walking to the class
