Rapunzel in Real Life | Live-Action Tangled
Показать описание
Watch Disney's Rapunzel in real life with Live-Action Tangled featuring Brian Hull as Flynn Rider. ☀️💜
Disney & Tangled fans rejoice! After 6 months of working on this live-action real-life Rapunzel video, it's finally here! It started as the intro for a Rapunzel makeup tutorial, which I'll post in a few days so you can learn how to do makeup like Rapunzel, too. Hope the Tangled makeup comes in handy for cosplay, princess parties, Halloween, etc. Though it isn't as exciting as an official Disney remake of Tangled, unless they announce an official live-action Tangled, this will have to do for now.
Tell me if you want more Disney Princesses in real life or live-action Disney movie remakes. If this is successful, we can do more!
I'm considering making a "Things You Didn't Notice in Tangled" or "Tangled Disney Fan Theories" video about not just Tangled the movie but also Rapunzel Tangled Adventure and Tangled Ever After. I found SO many things while researching this and staring at some scenes frame by frame that blew my mind, and I'm dying to share them with you!
Though I did all the editing, special effects, CGI, motion graphics, etc. myself, I had help in other ways from so many people! Here are several of them:
❀ Aspen Rae aka My "Hairy Godmother" - @itsaspenrae - Two days before filming all the shots in Vail, I had a hair emergency! Aspen came to the rescue on her day off! She's SO talented and I even fly back from California to Colorado to have her do my hair because she's that good.
❀ My dad - My dad helped on this an INSANE amount. He was in town while I filmed my "thank you" section at the end after I finished the video, so he helped and held a reflector for me and even started crying. I didn't leave it in the video because I didn't want to embarrass him, but it was the sweetest thing ever. He filmed all the scenes in Vail, though he'd never even used a stabilizer before and fought with it and my massive amount of extra hair getting caught on everything the entire time. We drove back to my apartment (Englewood, CO at that point) and realized we didn't have a shot of the tower that I needed, so he drove back the next day to film it. Every time I'd have an updated version of this video, he'd watch it over and over until I had a new one to share. Best. Dad. Ever!
❀ My mom - She wins the award for helping with all my back to school videos AND she managed to sneak in a bit of her videography work in here and probably even doesn't know it. She filmed the short clip with the crown is on my head at Dapper Day at Disneyland; it's actually a different crown than the one in the rest of the video. It belongs to my friend Traci Hines, who let me borrow it for my Rapunzel disneybound.
❀ Chrissy - @ever_after_chrissy - Chrissy is my wig wizard, though in this case there wasn't a wig. She's the magician behind making my naturally very long hair INSANELY long, & she's been so supportive through the months of my Tangled journey.
❀ Deck of Scarlet - Thanks for your patience on this project & for supplying three whole palettes for my Rapunzel look! Can't wait to show everyone the tutorial!
❀ Erica Lloyd, Charlotte Movizzo, & Maggie Davenport - Thank you for helping me with the ending line of the script. I wanted it to be perfect and you each helped write the best. ending. ever!
❀ Vail Girl - Help me find the mysterious girl who helped me while I was getting tangled in my hair and my dad was trying to film! My dad literally found her walking down the street in Vail and she took time out of the day to untangle me and basically be an assistant for the shoot and it's been so long I forgot her name and don't know how to contact her to say thank you!
HIDDEN PASCAL CHALLENGE: How many times can you find Pascal hiding in this video? He's in there at least 2x. Maybe more...
