I have done many attempts for image & css linking path but it constantly displays 'invalid property value' in inspect element.. pls help linking images with the blade files output..

One big problem, I have to write full URL like

public/user/img/home-bg.jpg

everywhere I have to add public why? and how can I solve this? I tried many tutorials but I cant get answer.
