Session six of the COVID-19 and the Law series was an Oct. 14 discussion on Labor, Employment, and Duties of Care, moderated by John Goldberg, deputy dean and Carter Professor of General Jurisprudence, and featuring

- Benjamin Sachs, Kestnbaum Professor of Labor and Industry; and
- Sharon Block, lecturer on law and executive director of the Labor and Worklife Program.

All sessions of the COVID-19 and the Law series will be recorded and videos will be available afterwards for broader public viewing here and on the series website. Registration for live viewing of the sessions is open to the Harvard Community only.

With regard to individuals with disabilities, and COVID, I think it is important to recognize that remaining at home is not specific. I think what might be a cause for concern, from a workers comp prospective, is the means of medical treatment patients are receiving. Distance appointments, with therapists, prove to be at issue for insurance companies.
