I remember period shopping with my dad. We sat there for 10 mins wondering what the difference was until a lady noticed and came over and suggest a good tampon brand. I love how she went out of her way and noticed us struggling, I also love my dad for trying❤

One time during my period, my father asked me: Did u pray? (In Islam, it is not permissible for a woman to pray if she is menstruating.) So I answered, “I am in my period.” He remained silent and asked the same question to my two sisters and my mother, and to that, we all answered, “We are in our periods .” He said, “ u can also matching the timing of ur period together?😭

When my first period came it was my father who bought pad for me and we are three sister everytime whenever we need pads or something he is the one and only who buy us stuffs

My dad buys me pad and all other stuff I need without hesitation and in fact, I barely barely buy my pads its always my dad every month buying a big packet of pads whenever he goes for groceries. I feel like its so a lovely feeling for a girl to be treated as a princess by her fathers, brothers and husband.

My dad had to buy some pads for me when I was a teenager. He went to the store and was confused as hell. The cashier guided him through the whole aisle.
He's a big ass butcher and stood at the register with multiple packages of pads because he couldn't decide which box to buy. He was so proud when he returned 😊

Well since everyone else is talking about period and not the video I’m just gonna say y’all have some GOOD ASS DADS😭 my dad yells and screams any time he hears anything about a period.. and just starts saying “ew that’s fucking nasty” “you’re disgusting, I don’t want to know about that nasty shit” WHEN IM NOT EVEN TALKING TO HIM… I’ll always be talking to my sister or mom and he just happens to hear it..like, it’s normal. You’re 52 and I’m 17.. GROW UP.

Edit: he also said I was disgusting when I was younger and mentioned needing bras.. so that’s a little more on topic. He said “I don’t need to worry about that nasty shit. Your mom will fucking shop for that” blah blah blah. Like you have an unknown number amount of kids, have you ever actually seen a woman atp because what ..like wow I’m growing into a woman! Big shocker

I remember having a good relationship with my father but then he recently ruined that 24 year long bond and he lifted my chin to kiss me on the lips and asked if my significant other was nearby 🫥 I ask myself what went wrong here but it makes me so happy to see other father/daughter relationships that are actually wholesome 😅

I remember not me but a random new father i met in a department store back then, i think his wife just gave birth to their first child and needs pads right. But apparently the one for newborn mommies run out so the staff suggested to buy the night type of pads since it's longer and safer, and he was freaking out "if i bought the night one only what she's going to wear during the day?!?!?" 😂😂😂 i tried my best to not burst into laughter

Once I had requested my dad to buy me pads because we ran out, and he went to the pharmacy and came back with a huge bag of pads, just chanting the names to me - I just sat there, looking through them, and asked "did you get any with wings?" I am an Indian. Still in many parts of India, periods is considered as a taboo.I was 14/15 then and forgot to wash my clothes which I had worn (at that time I used clothes instead of pads at home). I was in a hurry to go to school. When I came back I saw all my clothes are washed perfectly and placed in the sun to dry. I find out it was my grandfather who had washed all that. I felt really guilty and so sad, when I asked him why did he do that, he told me, it was just some drops of blood and nothing to worry about . All this was 13 years ago and the impact he made in me is so huge. He is my hero.

My dad buying pads and tampons for his two daughters (me included) back in the 90s … he knew what brand to buy etc. he’s in line to pay and some guy tries to scold him and tell him “that’s a woman’s job”. Dad was not having it. Told the guy to f*** off (he is now a retired aircraft mechanic, cussing comes with the territory) and mind his business and that periods are normal and this is part of being a parent, take care of his kids and if they need pads and tampons, he’s going to buy pads and tampons. He’s a great dad!

years back, i was asking my mom to buy pads for me, and she said, " ask your dad. he's on his way home. no need to be embarrassed, he bought pads/tampons for me too". Then now, i just freely ask my dad to buy me some if i need, and he even joke about it like "wings? no wings?, i choose wings so that you can fly up to your dreams" 😂😂
