Best DayZ Settings for PvP + FPS

for a second i had come to the conclusion that there was something wrong with my PC because i couldn't get any higher than 40ish frames and was very tempted to send my PC back to the workshop to have it looked over but decided at the last second to see if others were experiencing the same issue and if they were, i would look to see if anybody had found a solution which is what lead me to this video and oh boy, am i glad i found it :D you made my day, words cannot sum up how grateful i am for this video.

Why is my NVIDIA program unable to press alt + z & alt + F3 ? GAMESTREAM is not available. In-game indicator not ready FREESTYLE not ready Spec I3-1010F Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 RAM 8 Is there any way to get the program to work?
