A great vlog. I love the information in these vlogs.
I lived in a new condo (32 m2) Lat Phrao for 5, 000 baht per month for 5 years.
It was next to Big C and many shops and easy on my Honda Wave to get to Ari and Victory Monument that was so much more expensive.
It was a convenient location for everything and away from the farang.

Good vdo. I remember a great bar with jazz music called Bale (Bali) on lad prao 35, think it shut down in about 2010. JJ green was originally a flea market at the Ratchada / Lat Prao intersection if I'm not mistaken
