What do you do when the zoning department says they will not rezone your land to residential from commercial giving you the lame excuse being because you might turn it to commercial later on. is it legal for them to say that to you when they should be able to turn it residential when there is no building on the lot and it’s undeveloped. And the area can be zoned for commercial or residential?
Anybody got any answers of what I can do now after buying this land. My best advice is stay as far away from Charleston West Virginia especially Marmet West Virginia right next to Charleston. I repeat it’s the worst place to buy property.
