I looked up this fellow. He is an Anglican pastor in Nova Scotia, Canada. I live in Saskatchewan, Canada. Of late the Anglican Church has gone progressive in its teachings, so I won’t be basing my Christian walk on their current doctrines.

Overturning Roe v. Wade didn't end abortion, it only sent it back to the states, where it should have stayed in the first place!! I would like to abolish abortion altogether, however, getting it out from under the federal government was a good first step!

I think the situation with Barrabas clearly shows that Pilate really didn’t want to punish Christ.

So much so that he chose the worst prisoner in the jail to serve as an option for the crowd to potentially pardon, I’m certain that in his mind he thought, “There is NO WAY this crowd will choose a murderer over a man who committed no crime”.
It just shows, Jesus Fate was decided from the moment he was born, nothing could stop him from his sacrifice.

I'm so glad the message of our pastor after the election was:
"If you're mourning after the election, then you've taken your eyes off of Jesus and the Kingdom. At the same time, if you're gloating after the election, you've taken your eyes off of Jesus."

Both choices are usually horrible. We do the best we can when we vote, but we should never treat any candidate as if we put all of our hope and trust in that person.
