What i struggle to understand is is why Poland and Hungary can put their army on the border to stop people coming in illegally but great Britain can't

Banks are the most heavily regulated industry by the government, the fact that a bank can close ANYONE's account who was not doing anything illegal AND defaming or mentioning the bank itself should be impossible. For example if Nigel Farage never publicly mentioned or talked poorly or positively about the banks he was using and did nothing illegal, this should have never been possible, hands down.

Glad I left the UK in 2009. Back to visit now and the country is seriously going down the drain.

The UK exodus really began around 2008/2009, some of us were just ahead of the game 😉

When I was a child my family travelled across Europe and the best experience for my sister and I was at the national borders. We compared uniforms, currency, demeanour and cultures. It was endlessly fascinating and emphasised the notion of different societies. The EU has eradicated all that. Vive les differences.

It was Awsome to see when the Queen died the huge level of grief the country experienced! I have never seen such long lines for days and days of people queuing up to pay their last respects. It was almost a huge black cloud descended over London. Marking the END OF AN ERA.

I’m a dual UK/US citizen. I currently live in the UK but am leaving in October as it will be unbearable under a Labour Govt, so moving to West Virginia, a no income tax state

Nigel is a very intelligent man. Seems to be "up" on the issues of the present and future. I want to be knowledgeable of his opinion.

If you’re not rich and forced to live in the US, as Farage says not everyone can move around freely unless they are rich, you have plan your taxes or have a tax strategy. I paid over 20, 000 dollars in taxes only making 20, 000 dollars partly due to stocks. It was close to 100, 000 dollars in taxes the year before. I could have offset the tax burden/capital gains say if I had real estate or sold stocks, bitcoin when they were low. Moving to a foreign country, denouncing one’s citizenship, is simply too risky if you don’t have enough passive income. It’s also messed up how it’s hard to seek asylum from the US since it’s not the free country with a stellar human rights record it portrays to be.

I am far from rich, living on my pension and some savings put aside over many years. A weekly insert of an Italian leftist newspaper had on the cover a huge yacht costing many million Euros, in front of which were posing some 350 persons that had been involved for a year from inception, design to construction, furnishings .... and so on, to complete it. Many criticized this WASTE of money that could have been better used, instead I saw that it had given "work" to so many, and as it is known, for every wage/salary worker, up to six others benefit by induction, such as the grocer, baker, butcher .... The more rich persons are in a country, one can deduct that there is less poverty.
My thanks go to Nigel Farage for giving us thoughts worth listening to.

I find it quite baffling that not everyone recognises the sheer brilliance of Nigel Farage. A man of unyielding fortitude and British resolve, he epitomises the spirit of our great nation. We desperately need more chaps with his gumption to steer this ship. Tally-ho, onwards!
