When i quit smoking after 13 years my gums were partly black from smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. Please consult your doctor if you are taking blood pressure medication. Black seed oil helps lower blood pressure. You don't want to lower your blood pressure to much. Black seed oil is also good for your digestive system. It helps gets things moving also good for inflammation.

I took 1 teaspoon from a bottle I got from a supplement store. It was fine. Bought some from Amazon and took the same amount and I got very severe heartburn that didn't go away for hours.
