The problem is:
Scales need to remain level or at a consistent level to remain accurate.
That scale essentially weighs a person with +/- 10% inaccuracy on each measurement taken.
(Due to the flimsy plastic seat not distributing weight evenly throughout, and the fact that your feet touching the floor will lift some weight depending on how firm your footing is.)
