Always did I wonder why the Indian media is afraid to come up with a genuine review of the previous year's budget! A new budget contains only revenue- increasing tricks and promises. The first part will be vigorously implemented. But more important is to what extent those promises were realised during its running. Promises are nothing, but their executions are! In India most of the budgetary promises are not realised at all! I do believe that a genuine review of the previous year's budgetary performance will shock the whole country with its alarming non- performance! These analysts of a new budget are actually part of a vicious mafia misleading the poor foolish people of India!

Nothing for middle class yet but once govt get political momentum back with this bit socialist tilt, than I expect some tax breaks for middle class, on job front solid effort, apprenticeship scheme if implemented in true spirit is real game changer

Chidambaram was better and had removed long term capital gains. This taxing money repeatedly as salaries, dividends, interest, and capital gains is too onerous. And so many escape taxation through agricultural income etc. Nothing for the higher middle class which pays most of the taxes

When the middle class has more disposable income, the economy grows faster & healthier. Jobs are driven by middle-class private sector, particularly through small & medium-sized businesses. Middle-class entrepreneurs play a crucial role in not only jobs but also in wages growth, which boosts per capita income of a nation; these directly depend on Union govt's economic policies & increased funding to states for education. Ironically, in Feb, Union govt had reduced funding for education.

More than 26, 100 govt schools have closed in UP, according to govt data, Indian Govt's United District Information System for Education UDISE reports. If India has to grow more than China, we should make U.P like Karnataka, rather than turning the rest of India into U.P raj. Under this govt, pm is not human, farmers are not farmers, jawans are not jawans, manipur is peaceful every day, there is no paper leak

Union govt has reduced rail safety funding by 75 percent. According to CAG report, the financial rail budget had said that 20, 000 crores will be invested by our Union govt to increase the safety of Indian railways, but only 4, 225 crores were released for rail funds for safety. Also, union govt has neglected rail workers, who are being overworked while there are lakhs of rail jobs which are waiting to be filled in last 10 years.

Bihar (20%) & rajasthan (30%) are suffering due to severe lack of any type of manufacturing in these states. India's manufacturing shrank from 17% in 2010 to 13% in 2022 to 11.4% in 2023, as per Index of Industrial production performance data. Large corporations often engage in tax evasion by moving funds to offshore tax heavens like the Cayman Islands, allowing them to hide wealth, for 10 generations to live like kings, & without contributing back to the nation.

-demonitisation Indian SMEs suffered a blow, still struggling to find their footing
-note ban gst cost 113 lakh cr 16 crore shave off 43 of gdp of informal sector
-households debt surged to fresh high by December 2023 report
-spike in food fuel prices push wpi inflation to 13 months high in April
-express mobility unsold inventory for carmakers soars to rs 60000 crore

Yes it has given that no matter what, no govt anywhere on this planet can satisfy everybody specifically the middle class. All govts across the world face competing priorities.

In cases where the builder took a very long time to deliver the house (ex. those that went into NCLT), we will end up paying more taxes (where ealier we had to pay none, because we actually lost money in the deal, given the indexation and the builder went into NCLT - ex JP properties in Noida).
