[MK7] Item Wheel Generator

This is something I did when I was bored at 2am last night. I made this to test out different things in Python and surprisingly it turned out quite well. There's not much of a use to this unless you're like me and get tired of writing out custom hacks for people whenever they ask you. This will do all of that for you accurately. I might improve this more and possibly make a GUI similar to Hamster35000vr's on Mario Kart Wii.

The bass dropping as soon as opening the output file for the first time was unintended but it works.

question is it safe to get boot9strap on 11.4 on 2ds and is it ok to use freeshop if u get banned? by the banwave?
