Emotional stress: You explained this very well. I'm cabin crew for seven years now and I still cannot always let go of passengers' rude behaviour. They don't take responsibility for their actions and I refuse to get involved in their rude/negative bubble. Anyway, it gets harder to handle when you're tired. Every cabin crew could be the best crew member and the most empathetic person if the companies don't overwork us. But alas... this is what it is.

I felt that soooo hard when you said, sometimes its not even the passengers, sometimes its your colleagues. I counldnt agree more!! and yess, truly the stress as well.

this is one of the best videos on youtube for a while, simple and to the point, comforting and inspiring.
i was also a shift worker for 5 years, and i can relate to the not being happy, healthy, seing sunlight.

Some people think that being a flight attendant is a glamorous job, but we don't even realize that this job is not easy as we think, no wonders flight attendant are treated like slave😴😔😖

i think it's a good experience to work there for 2 years or more to develop as a human being and get out of the comfort zone and especially to collect some money.
