Phu Vu didn't grease the seat tube, the stem bolts, or the pedals; gonna have to mark you down a few points there Turbo... Always check the Crank bolts because you don't know if that bike was assembled at beer thirty on a Friday, or some messed up Monday morning blues because the assembler had a bad weekend at Bernie's...
