Growing up on a dairy farm, we had a strap on, one legged stool, that you attached around our waist. When you squatted down to prep the cow, the leg on the stool contacted the ground, allowing you to sit. Simple but effective.

It's not a horrible concept. I could see this being useful in some niche scenarios. But they made it so cheaply. It needs to have better straps, smoother motion and sturdier legs.

My first thought was what a bad idea under-the-foot straps are. Those will wear out so quickly on concrete and seem like they might be a slip hazard on tile.

I have the same item and it's sadly a cheap knock off of the 'chairless chair' by Noonee.. it was designed to alleviate or prevent backpains on production floors where the operators had to keep an eye on equipment, but aren't alowed to use a chair.

I believe that temu stole this idea from the hilarious TV show Jury Duty on Amazon Prime and Freevee. One of the characters wore something nearly identical to this made from modded crutches and he called them "Chants" ( chair pants) 😂 it was hilarious and I believe it was episode 3. To see somebody turn them into a reality is even more funny! Great review and great video! 😊 👍

This chair would be kinda useful for waiting in long lines, like a convention.. waiting to get in, waiting for events, waiting to buy stuff, waiting for bathroom, waiting for food... a lot of walking and waiting all day. That being said you'd have to deal with wearing the thing all day, there is probably a better lighter weight option to carry like a small stool or something.

I can see this as being helpful with standing room only festivals or concerts, when all one wants to do is sit-down, but there are no chairs.
