Hi Jason and Brooke…I know you felt hesitant to share this experience with us but I am very glad you did. It’s nice to see you involved in your community and that they appreciate and trust you to help. You and your family are very knowledgeable and have the resources to be of assistance. If anyone can nurse a sick baby back to life it’s Brooke. When you mentioned sepsis I immediately knew that his recovery was slim. At least you were able to keep him warm and comfortable during his passing as sad as it was. Bless you for all your efforts.

Jason, you, Brooke, Catherine, and Dr. Dee try y'all best to give the calf a fighting chance to survive. No matter what the outcome is, the calf was able to pass away in the warmth and peace of a barn and people who cares for him when his owner was sick and unable to do so.
