For the 5th sum don't consider input tax just multiply GST in the tax invoice = 18 % of 10000/-
Thus, the ans will come 1800/-
Then show CGST =SGST=GST /2 = 1800/2 =900/-

Guys 5 one is wrong but this is the answer

Output tax = 18% of 10, 000

=18
100 × 10, 000

=1, 800rs

CGST=SGST = Output tax

Amount of CGST and SGST shown in the tax invoice issued is₹ 900 each.
