The S13 with a Volvo engine, if it'd been one of the 4cyl redblocks it could have been amazing, use a US s13, 240SX, with a Volvo 240 engine, make it a S13 240GL or something. :P

That big wing EVO didn't seem that fast because in practice and in the rain they run it at low boost, and it seemed like he was also shifting before the turbo was spooling. When they turn the boost up it's a beast, there's plenty of videos on YouTube, you should check it out.
