For those of you who'll be happy with 4000 SF, all the other floors have 2 units per floor of stunning apartments, starting at $5M.

What else can I tell you: You'll have a private limo to bring you anywhere you want from airport, to the beach, to Whole foods! Of course, you have an amazing spa and fitness center...and you even have the only authorized helipad in a residential building in Miami!

The camera work was awful and annoyingly loud. Let the lady give her tour, she is the realtor after all. And if that other lady doesn't want to be on camera, GET OUT! You kept pointing at her, swinging the camera a lot, trying to show everything at once. Practice more and prepare before starting filming, plan a route, and stick to it. Later you can add B roll footage.
CLICKBAIT is BAD! Don't do it! It's not Beckham's. It's a building, every floor is "SIMILAR". Just title it of what it is. (name, location, price, and quality)
There is a lot to improve if you try to. Keep it up!

It’s a strange building, the apt is quite cold, though it would change with a reasonable decorator. So much marble in the floors make it unbelievable stolid like if it would be the lobby of a public building, but above all, the video is very unprofessional, as the realtor talking about things but not showing, the sound is very bad, distant when talks the lady and loud when talks the cameraman. You can’t convince a buyer with this kind of film.

Truly beautiful apartment and stunning interior. Yes such a shame the world lost such a genius the Zaha Hadid the British Architect and she didn’t see the finished masterpiece…her legacy and designs still live on in all the work Zaha Architect are and will be doing in the future too…by the way great tour but you need to make sure she also had a mic on her as couldn’t hear her especially as she was doing the tour

Cheap gray paint on the walls, the apt is not even a 2 story one. $18 mil for this place with the Neighbors picking up into your window.... you might as well get a less expensive mansion on the Star island with a pool, ocean access and it will be, more private and bigger with no HOA fees... 🤣

Overwhelmingly  overpriced - just look at the surroundings: near old downtown Miami, not safe for nightly walks, near the American airlines stadium-lots of traffic, noise...not suitable for families. You are better off buying in the Brickell district, or on any Miami sandy beach.
