as the new year approaches i feel like its very common to fall out of our goals. in this video i wanted to do a COZY winter self care vlog where we show love to ourselves but still prioritize our goals and stay on track for the new year of 2025. in this video we get ready for the day, do skincare routine, curl hair, bake sourdough bread, make breakfast, go to the gym, go valentines day shopping at tjmaxx homegoods and target, go to the gym. take a selfcare bath, bake cookies, make tea and read. what do you do to stay cozy and have a selfcare day? i hope you enjoy!

I struggle this time of year…I’m a Summer person and it’s so gray and depressing in Kentucky. I try really hard to stay productive even when I’m not working. I just placed a pretty big Victoria’s Secret order yesterday and that is definitely one of my favorite forms of self care 😂 🧸

They have a really cute amuseable: A Rose-Bouquet-so cute. . #Avocado: I go nuts for it ! What I also eat a ton these days is whipped Tofu Rainbow plant life has a yummy recipe for that and I LOVE Kimchi ! Have you heard, that fermented foods are THAT big of a deal this year ? Healthy and yum ! . My perfect selfcare night looks different every time, I do one. To do some coloring, binge watch your vids, while doing that, testing recipes, create yummy food, to cook for myself like hosting a party, go to public indoor swimming pool, there are wellness themed ones with mineralized spring water in it, go out for dinner all by myself, go for a long hike, to watch some cheesy hallmark movies los etc...speaking of movies: Have you ever seen My secret valentine ? OMG that movie is cute ! Highly recommended. Hey...we seem to me kinda sisters: I am in my bread baking era too !
