- They make you a legitimate offer
- if you accept, you set a closing date
- Go to closing, sign off your house and get paid.

So Thankful for this video!! I'm also in the middle of selling to Opendoor. Question - How did the seller's disclosures🙏 work with opendoor? So far they had me fillout some questions... & that's all. But I thought we were supposed to fill out forms to provide to buyers. What was your experience like? Maybe they'll have us sign lateron closer to closing time? Pls provide any input... Grateful...
