I was trying to recover my account and I forgot my password, so I obviously press forgot password. Then, it told me to enter the last password I remembered but I couldn't remember it so I pressed "Try another way" and it said that google couldn't verify it was me. So I pressed "try again" and it led me back to the "enter the last password you remember"

I feel like google have also implemented screenlock if you forgot your password outside of the app. If your still lucky to have logged into the gmail app and you go into your settings, you can reset your password with just your fingerprint, password or pin. But let this be a teaching lesson to write down your password guys. Some poeople may say it's not ideal or safe but I've have really old password written in a book for like 11 years.

This doesn't work for me because it says my email is invalid. It is hooked up to my youtube. It is not invalid I get emails constantly on it. And then when I click Text me a code it has a g- and numbers. Will my keypad that it gives me has no letters or characters available. Only numbers. So it will not help me.

Whenever i wanna login i press forgot password, after that they tell me they would send me a email in my logged in account which is impossible because you cant get a email if your account id logged out, so i put any other email, but they dont send the verification code, i did it with my number and they told me that they cannot verify its me, I really need your help right now because that acount is my account since 2017 i have lots of stuff in that account so i cannot really lose it Because i forgot my password...iv forgotten my password more than once and it always recovers me and gives me the change password option, but i dont know what's happening now so please help me! Ok, I finally changed my phone number after I moved to another city over 2 yrs ago. I have now forgotten my gmail password and to recovery my password, it is linked to my old phone number which I no longer have. notifications are being sent to that old number or my gmail account and I can't access either.
