He isn't saying that the kids can only say that Christine can only date their dad; he's saying that *he* can tell the world that he was never attracted to Christine but if she repeats that in front of her kids, it's her attempt to poison them against Kody. He wants to live in a bubble where he can say any selfish thing that hurts other people but if other people repeat it, it will make him look bad so, in his eyes, that repeating is unfair to him.
