On the first anniversary of the LuxLeaks scandal, Transparency International EU launches its new animated video on corporate tax transparency “What do we know about them?” as part of its campaign in favour of EU legislation on country-by-country reporting (CBCR).
The structures and activities of many multinational corporations are highly opaque. Not knowing where corporations are, what they do and how they contribute to the societies they operate in may give rise to corruption risks. Citizens have the right to hold companies accountable for the impact they have on their communities.
