3:01 biker is an impatient prick. Went through the stop sign behind the car in front of him instead of stopping and waiting his turn. The black SUV stopped before the bike, and had the right of way.

I'm pretty sure the dirt biker at 3:01 was in the wrong the other vehicle was stopped before them at that intersection.

Sometimes we (bikers) are kind bad at driving but there are some other car drivers that say "hold my beer"

At 3.04 black car was already there the dirt bike is in the wrong there

I don't BREAK mirrors.
I will butterfly them or "prack" them askew. (Noise sounds like ~prack~)
Maybe fold them flat inward - driver has to push them by hand.

Best method is "Skittle Scatter".
I keep a small bag on my handlebars that contains Skittles.
Toss a few at a car to wake them up.
Inattentive drivers will get a 5 piece serenade across their car.
The confused WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT look is priceless.
No damage, no littering.
"Taste the rainbow, bitch!"
---Even the cop I told loved this idea.

Worst case; Valve stem remover.
Remember the car & plate.
If you see it parked, unscrew the valve stem just a bit until it's a slow hiss.
Within hours, full flat.
Or, unscrew them 100% and remove them completely and the tires go flat in 5 seconds.
Leave a note; WATCH OUT FOR MOTORCYCLES. Stems attached or not is up to you.
AAA visit or a tow...but the AAA driver will understand and say YOU PISSED SOMEONE OFF.
