On the morning of Wednesday, April 19, 1995, a former Army soldier parked a rented Ryder truck in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He got out, locked it and ignited two fuses. At 9:02 a.m., the explosion ripped through the building where 500 people worked and children attended America’s Kids day care. The blast killed 168 people including 19 children under the age of 6. So you're telling me if Timmothy McVeigh had a license plate on his getaway car, he would've gotten away with it?

I grew up in Oklahoma City and was living a couple miles from there when this happened in April '95. I was 16. The explosion woke me from my sleep. What a horrible unbelievable thing.

19 kids under the age of 6!! How are parents supposed to go home after finding out one of their kids was one of those 19. And to think the oldest out of that 19 WAS 6!! I visited the museum and it was so sad to see the parents of the kids in the daycare cry looking at the picture of their kid. It's just sad 💕💫

Just driving past the memorial will put tears in yours eyes but being on the grounds will break you down.

My two sisters went to the memorial museum and they got me a teddy bear which on the tag it explained that this was a sign of remembrance or something like that

based on the photo (0:04) of the aftermath--if you had been on the north part of the roof of the Murrah building you would have escaped unhurt

Im not the conspiracy type at all but its just kinda odd the Oklahoma City bombing from 1995 seems to have wayyy better pictures and video then 9/11, an event that happened 6 years later.

They say our own government did it somebody even think about something like that people are sick they will get the Reckoning unless they have asked for forgiveness and accepted Jesus in their heart

I cannot understand why McVeigh would attack a place where no one had any fault for what happened two years prior. As wrong as the Wacco Texas thing was, no one here had any connection to it. Especially the innocent kids at daycare.

Oaklahoma city bombing was the first in history to ever happened in the u.s.a. but why does'nt it get more publicity than that of new york twin towers.Oaklahoma shoukd be the central for remembrance every year of terrorist attacks on civilians.i am aware the horrific event in new york, that was sad also but Oaklahoma city should've been the event that all u.s.a should get together every year on the month of april of 1995 and recieve more publicity than new york.Oaklahoma city people are the first ones and the city should never be forgotten, shame on u.s.a. for not giving the people of Oaklahoma City the rememberance every year with high publicity of what happend that year of april 1995.

I was 12yrs old when I sat in the waiting room at the hospital waiting to be called back into the delivery room to watch the birth of my brother. The news was on and they were covering the execution of this monster. I don’t think I’ll ever forget that. Just like I’ll never forget 9/11!
