One thing that's weirdly interesting to me is that none of the photographs capture the left side of the weapon. Even though it's fairly predictable what the left side of the receiver looked like it's still interesting to me that DICE had no reference for that side of the gun.

Edit: I tried the Maschinenpistole M1912/P.16 Experimental yesterday and that gun is insane. I somehow never touched the gun since its release and never realized how broken it is. True sleeper meta

While it's sad to see history fade like this and while it can be off putting seeing so many theoretical weapons in the game, I love the fact that so many of these end up being preserved in video games of all places.
