You have to be a state employee misusing funds or doing NDA-invoking stuff to vote “no”.

Read the WAMC interview and vote yes! "[W]e have demonstrated clear precedent that the legislature was always audited, and it was always audited up until just recent years, when some speakers decided to push back and decided that they were above the law and above being audited and that the auditor shouldn't have the authority to hold the legislature accountable like every other state entity. And they stopped complying. [...] [Question 1] basically just inserts the word[s] 'the general court' into the language of our governing statute, chapter 11, section 12, to make sure that it is made super, ultra-crystal clear that the legislature is subject to the same audits as everybody else."

So it would tie up the legislature process?
Sounds like a very good idea to vote Yes!

Town of Norwell should be audited. Not one portable toilet in all the town. There should be at least one at every school and park.

The legislature passes bills that violate people’s rights unconstitutionally, yet Mariano says letting the auditor audit them is unconstitutional ?? They should be audited, then the people will find how our tax dollars are actually used and what exactly they spend them on !!

State auditor already has the authority to audit the senate

Best bet is to leave the state. Don’t wait on it to fix itself. The state and its people are what’s wrong with America. Sorry guys. Born here but it’s the truth.
