A serious issue with these Shad bags is if you plan on using the bag on more than one bike. When you look at the necessary fitting kits, the horse-shoe shaped piece is shown with the kit, but it does not come with the kit, it comes with the tank bag. I purchased two fitting kits with the intent to use the bag on my Triumph Tiger and on my BMW GSA. But since the horse-shoe shaped piece comes with the bag, I cannot use the bag on both bikes. I either have to order another bag or remove and re-mount the horse-shoe piece on the other bike. Both options are not practical for me. It's really crazy the Shad fitting kit does not provide the horse-shoe shaped piece. As a comparison, when you purchase a Givi fitting kit, all the necessary pieces come with the kit.
