I didn’t know what anyone was expecting with the China tree. A truck with missiles on it makes sense 😂

Just got up to the Japanese squadron vehicle and I was reminded that there are a bunch of premium vehicles that I have never even seen because they don't appear in the tech trees when you play console

12:27 bruh, they grabbed a Liberty class ship, cut and threw away the two masts and straped two turrets on it 💀

(probably smaller than the Liberty ships but that takes away from the point)

I wonder how much people will enjoy the Australian F-111. The RAAF weren't really huge fans of it.

So Amagi was part of the Amagi-class of two battlecruisers that were designed and began construction near the end of WW1. Their construction was halted as a result of the Washington Naval Treaty. Amagi and her sister Akagi were both due to be converted into aircraft carriers, but The Great Kanto Earthquake wrecked the Amagi’s unfinished hull and she had to be scrapped. The Kaga-class battleship Kaga, that was also under construction and was due to be scrapped by the Treaty, had to be converted into an aircraft carrier instead. (Her sister Tosa was scrapped as scheduled.)

In case you didn’t know, she is not the first unfinished ship in the game. Many such vessels have been added in the past already, across multiple nations.

This update introduced quite a few bugs. For example, the binos and in the garage, modification screens popping up for no reason.

This update was a swing and a miss as a "major" update

1 amagi was completed as a carrier and saw service(this was ijn akagi) the namesake of the class amagi was under construction when the Kanto Earthquake rendered the hull useless.

The thing that makes the Su-24 special is that it has a laser guided gun pod, which idk how useful it will turn out to be but it sounds cool in concept

Amagi is the (second) closest thing in Warship terms to a Backyard Shed Tuning ricer.
The Japanese took the freshly cooked up Tosa Class Battleship designs, and said:
-lengthen it for hydrodynamics
-tune up the machinery for more power
-remove some armor.
Boom, Battlecruiser.
4 of them would have been built, but the Washington Naval Treaty limited the size of the Navies, so Japan had to get rid of a lot of ships, and cancelled the last two ships, with the Amagi, and the Amagi-class Number 2, the one who does not deserve to be named, but to be split upon and cursed to burn in hell. It is a personal issue, okay?
So that two were to be converted to Aircraft Carriers, as it was allowed by the WNA, because remember, it's 1921. "Haha, go build funny ship with a plank on it, they won't be dangerous."
The problem for Amagi was, that she was built by Yokosuka, which resides in Tokyo it was the earth begun to shake, and the Amagi was in drydock at the time, and her hull cracked, she was broken beyond repair.

And so, they called up Kawasaki, you know, the motorbike dudes, and asked them, and they said "Hollup, homie, we got some spare chassis to throw that engine in"
And they had, because the motorbike dudes were tasked with building the second Tosa Class Battleship, which they had to cancel.
So they sent up the "chassis" or rather the hull to Yokosuka, who had the parts and the blueprints already, and just took the cracked Amagi apart, and "Riced Out the Battleship....into an Aircraft Carrier." (Sekrit Dokuments say they played Phonk when they first fired her up)
And so did Kaga get finished. And She was no, she was pretty fucking terrible, actually, she actively suffocated her crew, so they had to further rice her out with a literal aluminum pipe, and if that isn't "Straight Pipe" exhaust, then nothing is...
But the Japanese soon realized, that even though it's a Kawasaki, if they want something good, they can't keep ricing the damn ship, so they sent her back to drydock for a major overhaul in 1930 October WAS BORN IN OCTOBER 20.)
And once that overhaul was
I gotta tell you, it was perfect. Perfect. Everything, down to the last minute details....

I am still waiting for Kaga(1942) to be added to War Thunder.
