such a great programm, it is so sad that it is only aviable for commercial purpose, why do you cant make an ~1000 bucks version for private use only? so many hobby architects and construction engeneers would by it for their own purpose or to make a start in their self-employment, if they then find someone who is interested in their Models, they would have to buy the full Version for ~5000 or what it is, to finally sell it..but then it would be no prob for them to afford it.
you would make so much more money, and so much more people would be happy including me. i know so many construction programs, but the joy to build houses and stuff with BIM is completly lost since i dont have a student version of archicad anymore, it just does not make fun with revit, or allplan or all the others -.-
