Brilliant video Mike. The four exclusive prints look great. I also love the smell of new books.

Another great video as always! And a very special thanks to you for the shout-out. Those are some really nice pictures in the Costco edition of the book. Unfortunately I do not have a membership or a Costco near me. But I do have the Target edition with the lobby cards which are just as nice to have. Keep up the great work with your channel. I always look forward to seeing your videos pop up in my feed.

Hey Mike, how are ya' doing? Great video!! And yes, I did see that odd display at our local 🎯 store. Ur comments 🤣 for sure, but just imagine some employee that's also an
Uber fan, looks at it& thinks, oh man- what'll we do with this dang back side even if I do get it home, kinda sad.
Well, we finally did get that special red 🍎 again; even if only in the form of blu ray, which hopefully, I'll b able to swing sometime( been so much to buy lately), yeah;but am content with the new mix on my 2disc set. Wud love to also get that Costco ed.of the book, nice. So, we say 'Lets all Get Back to Let it Be' now, & may you & ur entire channel family Enjoy the new movie. . . . . oh, & definitely learned something new in this vid. I'm an Uber d.bowie fan too& he's got this soundtrack lp.fr. 93 think''The Buddha of Suburbia' of film for British tele. Now, I know of the writer, & that he's a lot to do with 'Let it Be ' .

Good overview as always, Mike. I hope they have this edition in Costco in Canada. One problem with this collectors editions is what to do with the sash and cover page. They don't usually fit inside the item and if you leave them loose they'll get damaged. It's like you have to dedicate a special drawer and filing system to keep your collectible complete.

another great video! I kind of wish I bought this version instead of ordering on Amazon. I still haven't read my copy I just flipped through the photos. I'm waiting until after I see the mini series

I bought the Target edition even though I'm a Costco member. Target is about a mile closer. What I wish were offered with the book is the photos that Walmart has.

I have been trying to remember why I never got the book from 1970. Just found out recently that it was only available in England! When "Let It Be" album was released here in America there was no special box set with it, that's why I never got it.

Hey Beatle bruva! Another awesome review, totally up to date & in the zeitgeist of the moment in their time. Where the Beatles are concerned anyway. The pictures in the Get Back Cost-co issue, definitely in my opinion. Capture the mood of the late 60''s going on into the 70's.
Just an awesome review, the cost of the book won't allow me to purchase the book. So appreciate how you do your reviews, letting us look at everything. Even the bar code on the back cover.
I'm very ill at the moment, your videos MMM really lift my day & mood.
Thanx again MMM, Gb George.

Nice work as always Mike. Lol at the Recipie display at the back of the book stand. My fave Beatles ‘recipe’ actually dates from the Get Back era - the cheese, marmite and lettuce sandwich (accompanied by coffee of course). Makes an ideal lunch - thanks George!

Hey Mike! I just want to say how much I appreciate your insightful videos here recently. I’ve been collecting a lot of the recent output of Beatles cds and sets, starting with the 2009 stereo and mono box sets. I’ve been picking up the super deluxe Giles remixes and I have the Let It Be one delivered by tomorrow (along with the red/blue albums, 1 + cd/blu ray, and YS Songtrack). The U.S. Albums are in my sights thanks to your recommendation. Im going through a binge listen now in prep for the documentary. I’m 30 years old and I got into the Beatles like 4-5 years ago and been obsessed since then. You have a new subscriber and I look forward to your future videos.

I wish they would give use a high-def version of the restored Shea Stadium concert that was in theatres only with Eight Days A Week. Maybe that's on the drawing board for the 60th Anniversary Christmas season.

Jeez Louise, my Target only had four copies out, and no standee.

What do you think is the best? The standard? Costco? or Target edition?

I have the get back book and it's beautifully Made, but There won't be another book such as the anthology in my opinión. By the way, i thought it was released at the end of the 2000 year along with the beatles 1 compilation, five years after the series, wasn't it?

They could've just doubled the size of that paper sash and made it into a full dust cover for the book?

Mike, do you know anything about the stage that was built on the rooftop for the Beatles? They must have had someone examine the roof before they carried all that heavy equipment up there to make sure it was safe, and then had a carpenter build the stage over the rooftop, but I've never heard anyone talk about it, and can't find any information about it. The wood looks fairly new during the performance, and from everything I've heard it was borderline spur of the moment to do the show on the roof. They couldn't have had more than a week after making the decision to play on the roof to get someone to examine the roof, and build that stage? Or did they have the stage built already?
