Hi, I am Aniruddha. I am one of the founders at SwitchOn. SwitchOn is an industrial AI-company working mainly with the automotive and FMCG discrete manufacturing companies. While enterprise and consumer tech-companies have seen a lot of innovation in the last couple of decades, the manufacturing industries have been, kind of, left out. We are helping these industries manually improve their productivity, their performance and the quality of their output in heavy machinery; typically deployed in the shop floors.

We do this by understanding the operations of these assets and creating digital twins of critical assets on the shop floor to give them insights regarding what their typical quality and performance metrics should look like. This is how we are hoping to leverage our manufacturing base and get this to world-class quality.

So, we started in 2017. We raised a seed funding of about $1 million in June of 2019 and now we are working with quite a few automakers - both in India as well as outside. We are working with most of their shop floors to improve operational effectiveness in the plants.

We have been working with eLagaan from the last 6 months, wherein, we have been able to - with their help - completely revamp how we have done most of our accounting processes. eLagaan has helped us also go through our seed funding transaction and have gone above and beyond their work call to help us as and when required, and specifically would like to mention Navin, who brings in a lot of practicality and pragmatic thinking along with the theoretical accounting practices that kind of make our life a breeze as a founder of an early-stage startup.
