Very nice execution of Jitte. Great hip work, deep stances and great power. Seeing this kata done slow, then faster with more power is a great transition. I will watch this video again.

Impressive performance of a kata that is too often overlooked. It's an easy kata to learn, but very difficult to execute correctly. I still watch Imura's performance of Jitte for inspiration after thirty years of practicing this kata. The beauty of kata is the realization that there's always room for improvement.
