Although I'm 46, I'm still regular every 28 days. However, I definitely have major hormonal imbalance that has me suffering daily. And a few days before my period, the pms symptoms are overwhelming. I had a large ovarian cyst removed a few months ago. So my doc said that means I'm estrogen dominant. Put me on 200 mg progesterone nightly, a pill. Took it for almost 2 months and I couldn't handle it anymore. It intensified all my symptoms to where I couldn't handle it anymore. For everyone else I've talked to, they said the progesterone was amazing and gave them great relief. I just don't understand why I reacted like that. If I'm estrogen dominant and my progesterone is super low the week before I start, then it naturally seems that supplementing with progesterone would decrease my symptoms, not make them worse. So now, I'm basically sick of doctors and trying to find ways to balance my hormones on my own lol. I've done quite a few changes, but nothing seems to be helping as of yet.

Great video, I’m definitely thinking about purchasing. I heard some people saw after a few months of taking it, the length of your period will begin to be shorter, have you noticed that yet?

Have you tried castor oil packs/compresses and a herbal sitz steam/bath? Some people say that has helped their menstrual cycles become more regular, less cramps, lighter flow, and shorter duration, with a reduction in PMS. I just ordered the stuff to try it out. For the sitz bath, nothing goes into the vagina. Some people have confused it with those vaginal pearl things that can possibly cause harm.
