How to look up digital service record history BMW 5 Series / 3 Series / 4 Series / 7 Series

Just bought a used BMW 520 F11 and should have checked the service history before buying, but didn't.
Was a bit concerned when the paper one was not filled in, but once checked the digital one, everything is up to date thankfully.

This is a great help, I was wondering about the hiw to find out which dealer did the service, the munber helps but it would be handy if they listed the dealers name. Ive been told you can get a printout from a main dealer.

I've just bought a 118dM with 100k in it. Just wondering if anyone gets timing chains, water pumps done? O heard that bmw say they're good for the life of the car but I dont want to risk it. But just been quoted 1200 for the chain alone
