You have not included the india's contribution into this project. If a country joins a projects it doesn't mean it just add money to project but share critical technology and india has one of the best missile technologies in the world.

WRONG!! India is not just an investor/financier but a close technological partner in the co-development and refinement of this great piece of hardware. India-Israel have a very friendly almost brotherly no-limits relationship since last few decades.

It could be better to install to Phil. Navy ships' incoming six brand new OPV's, a little bit retrofit modification in installations/ and interoperability with the ships's fire control radar and combat management systems and also maybe an additional sub-system to radars of the ship. I don't know if there was no problem to arise if it can be integrate to South Korean Hanwa combat management systems as additional system.
