I have a Class A CDL license & have been driving legally for over 18 years now with no tickets or accidents that were my fault. One guy crashed into the back of me while I was sitting at a light, but that's it. You DO NOT want to see any of the car when you're mirrors are set properly. They're supposed to be just out of view. You should only see the sides of the car when you lean forward towards the steering wheel. Whoever told you that you're supposed to see the sides of the car was wrong!

The Jetta's is maybe a bit better but they're pretty close. I like the first person perspective for filming and it would look awful attached to my head.

partly because he's driving with one hand and you must grab and turn it quickly to make up for the time you were moving your hand, and mostly because he's over driving the car for our enjoyment so we get to see him spin the wheels and slide around.
