How To Add A Shop Now Button To The Facebook Page?
Here is how to add the Shop Now button on a Facebook page:

Open the Facebook page
Under the Cover photo click on ‘Add a button’.add a button to Facebook page
Select ‘Shop on Website’.shop on website button to page
Click on ‘Save’
Now, when a Facebook user visits your page, he or she should see the blue ‘Shop On Website’ button under the cover photo.

Can’t Add The Shop Now Button To Facebook
If you can’t add the Shop now button to your Facebook page and it is most likely a Facebook page role issue.

Only Facebook page administrators can add or change the CTA button, so in this case, the ‘Shop on Website’ button to the Facebook page.

Keep in mind also, that obviously, you can only add one CTA button to your Facebook page.

So if you have already added a’ Sign up’ button to your newsletter sign up page, then you can’t add the Shop Now button or you have to remove your current CTA button.

Facebook’s Shop Now Button Missing
It is possible that when you switched to the new Facebook page experience, the Shop Now button disappeared from the page.

You can add it back easily:

Open the Facebook page
Switch into the Facebook page
Click on the three dots then ‘Add an action button’.
From here, it is pretty much the same process.
Although the button changed a little bit also whether you have a new Facebook page or not. Instead of a ‘Shop Now’ button, it will say ‘Shop on Website’.

One more thing to add is if you are the admin of the Facebook page, you will see the page differently as a regular Facebook page visitor.

To view the Facebook page as a visitor, click on the Facebook page icon under the button, and select your personal Facebook profile. You will be able to see how the Shop Now button looks for an average Facebook page visitor.

if you dont have the link website option dont do it on laptop or pc do it on mobile and the 3rd option will appear

Did all this. Shop now button still greyed out. On the admin side the button just says advertise.
