Honestly? I’ve been doing this for about 3 years. I use sliced cheddar or mozzarella cheese so it doesn’t get all over my komal and use corn tortillas. Flip it once one side is warm. Arrange the pepperoni in almost a flower shape (6 slices surrounding a central 7th slice) before it’s fully melted. Then fold it over and toast both sides, always keeping an eye out for too much burning. Then rinse and repeat, I’m able to eat three or four in one sitting.
