Good video ! Ordered mine and it comes tomorrow. Excited to start juicing. And yes if you want the most yield and nutrition the lowest setting is the best because the faster the juicing speed the more oxidative damage you do to the vitamins and minerals. So basically you get more nutrition value at the lowest speed

For making the video. There aren't too many videos on this particular juicer. Just FYI that lid that you have on top of your hopper is actually a dust cover. It's easier to operate the machine if it's removed whilst in operation. Plus it would be one less item to clean. 😉

I'm about to order one for myself. I have the slowstar, which has been a great juicer. However, my sister asked if I had an extra juicer because hers went out. So, I figured I w9uld use this as an excuse to get the latest and the greatest! It is definitely a beautiful machine and the clean up is way less involved than the slowstar. That glass is 🔥 😍

You sure do drink your juice properly (within moments of making it)! You're getting all your vitamins/nutrients! The ready to drink glass makes it so much easier to do just that. DRINK!

I can't tell you how many times my juice would become oxidized because I spent a Good amount of time Cleaning up before I drank my juice. Being that the juice is going directly into a drinking glasss it prompts for immediate consumption.😍😍😍

I got mine a month ago. I love it. Made some great basil pesto the other day from the recipe in the book.
